Key Responsibilities:
* Answering customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
* Processing customer orders and resolving any issues that may arise
* Performing general administrative tasks such as data entry and correspondence
* Collaborating with the team to ensure a smooth workflow
Requirements:
* Relevant vocational training (EFZ or equivalent)
* Bilingual proficiency in German and French (spoken and written)
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Familiarity with MS Office and ERP systems is an asset
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
