Within the Finance, Sustainability, Law, and Risks department, you will be the Performance Management Controller. Your role in the Sustainable Performance Steering is to guide the financial performance of the company, manage and optimize the environmental performance of activities, and support decision-making through a cross-sectional analysis of activity stakes. You will orchestrate a set of processes that apply across the company and assist the departments in responsible management. As the Performance Management Controller - SIG Summary, you are responsible for tracking financial performance by integrating CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) issues to support sustainable development. You orchestrate the reporting with all departments (analytical instructions and schedule definitions) and produce all deliverables intended for governance. Finally, you actively contribute to major projects.Your main missions are as follows:- Produce analyses of financial performance at SIG (versus budget and N-1), and deliverables intended for General Management and the Board;- Orchestrate the annual performance cycle and drive the associated change: the performance cycle, feedback on each phase, etc.;- Participate in writing the SIG management and sustainability report and monitoring associated CSR commitments;- Train departments on performance management tools and processes;- Establish processes and tools for reliable and efficient reporting;- Contribute to major company projects (such as projects);- Produce ad-hoc analyses on major issues.Regarding your personality and skills, you demonstrate strong synthesis skills and great ease in communicating effectively with management, both in writing and orally. You have strong abilities in handling complex and varied information, and know how to extract key messages. You are meticulous and pay particular attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy of the deliverables you produce both in terms of content and presentation. You are results-oriented and demonstrate the financial expertise necessary to implement relevant management and decision support tools. Experience or additional training in CSR is a plus. Your influence capacity, team spirit, and proactivity will allow you to achieve set objectives.Academic Background: You hold a university degree (HEC or EPF) or a Federal Certificate of Specialist in Finance & Accounting. You have at least 10 years of experience in corporate finance or management control, particularly in financial synthesis functions aimed at management. Experience in the energy/utilities sector would be an advantage. You also have experience in project management, good accounting knowledge, and demonstrate thorough mastery of SAP, performance management tools, and key office tools (excellent command of Excel and data analysis functions).Joining SIG means participating in change!
