Future Leader (f_m_d) in Sales & Marketing
The Barilla Switzerland AG is looking for a challenging opportunity to take over a leadership position within a dynamic organization. This Trainee Program / Graduate Program will prepare you to shape the future of our company by influencing and shaping key areas.
During this time, you will be a full member of the respective department, responsible for your own projects, and support the manager in day-to-day business activities. Formal trainings, business mentorship, experience in field sales, and a key project to drive to success are all included.
You will complete two assignments of approximately 12 months each in any of the following three areas:
* Key Account Management: Perform potential analyses, develop customer-related concepts, and drive measures (objectives, planning, implementation, and control). Plan, implement, and monitor listings, distributions, and activities concerning sales volumes, promotion prices, insertions, and placement as well as collaborate with sales representatives in executing campaigns at the POS.
* Trade Marketing: Support the definition and implementation of the trade marketing strategy mix for each product and sales channel (including listings, POS, pricing, promotions, and shelf placement) and prepare communication materials.
* Consumer Marketing: Actively participate in defining the most effective marketing plans while guaranteeing consistent monitoring of the performance of managed products and market trends in terms of supply and demand.
