Job Summary
The internship begins on 1 August 2026. You will work in the administrative team of EMS Parc & Nelty, supporting reception and back‑office duties as you pursue your EFZ and commercial school diploma.
Responsibilities
* Greeting and informing residents and visitors.
* Administrative support and telephone management in the EMS.
* Participation in the administration of residents’ stay and management of the “Taschengeldkonto”.
* Assisting with invoicing and basic financial tasks of the EMS.
* Supporting meetings: taking minutes, preparing and creating reports.
* Ensuring the supply of the economic operations through necessary ordering.
* Telephone reception: taking and forwarding calls internally and externally.
* Guiding residents, families and visitors – providing information and orientation.
Qualifications
* Completion of a three‑year commercial school (Handelsschule).
* Motivation to complete a one‑year internship in an administrative health‑care setting.
* Good knowledge of standard computer programs.
* Contact‑friendly, wanting service and reception.
* Attention to detail, adaptability, and organisational skills.
* A dynamic, helpful, empathic personality showing maturity and team play.
