Sales Manager 100%

In the Industrial X-Ray Modules (IXM) division, we provide safer, more economical, and breakthrough solutions for non-destructive testing and security applications through the pioneering development of intelligent industrial X-ray technologies.
What You Will Do
* Drive the sales of COMET’s Industrial X-Ray portfolio across key market segments; semiconductors, batteries, electronics, automotive- and aviation industry
* Manage and grow existing customer relationships while strategically acquiring new clients and contacts
* Increase incoming orders and sales through regular client visits, trade show attendance, and active networking
* Lead contract negotiations and successfully close deals with customers and partners
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts in complex organizations, while ensuring accurate sales forecasts and supporting strategic sales planning
What You Bring
* 5+ years of experience in sales or business development within a technical industry, preferably X-ray or NDT
* Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields is a plus
* Ability to combine technical and commercial aspects of the Sales and Business Development process to build customer value proposition
* Fluent in English and German, combined with excellent communication skills; additional languages are a plus
* Driven by impact and results, highly motivated, and adaptable, with a willingness to travel up to 60–80 days per year
