Customer Service Administrator 100% (temporary contract until December 31st, 2026)
Job Description
* Complete products returns process from creation through crediting and filing
* Assist in verifying documents for archiving purpose
* Sending shipping documents to customers
* Generating or sending reports to required recipients
* Process Marketing Material shipments
* Assist with answering and forwarding incoming phone calls
Your profile
* Completed administrative/commercial education (or similar)
* Working experience within a Customer Service department, preferably within an international organization is preferred
* Very good English skills - both spoken and written. French and/or German skills are preferred. Every other language is a plus
* Proficient computer and MS Office skills
* Stress resistant, reliable and flexible personality with very good communication skills
* Open minded as well as service oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
* Experience in Oracle Cloud Applications or Oracle ERP is a plus
