The Role
This position is part of a dedicated crypto trading team, focused on developing and refining the quantitative technology infrastructure that powers systematic strategies. Key responsibilities include:
1. Designing and building front-office systems that support the full trading lifecycle, including data ingestion, risk management, live execution, post-trade processes, and infrastructure.
2. Collaborating closely with traders and quantitative researchers to deploy, support, and automate 24/7 trading strategies.
3. Integrating with decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms and incorporating real-time on-chain data feeds.
4. Contributing to both greenfield initiatives and the enhancement of an existing, sophisticated technology stack.
5. Providing mentorship to junior developers and promoting high standards in software development.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates will bring:
* 3 to 10 years of professional experience in software development or a related field.
* Strong proficiency in C++, with additional experience in Python considered a plus.
* A background in systematic or algorithmic trading is advantageous.
* A genuine interest in cryptocurrencies and decentralized finance.
* A commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and high-performance code.
* Experience building real-time, scalable, and robust systems.
* The ability to design and implement high-throughput, end-to-end trading solutions.
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
* Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS is beneficial.
