Your Tasks:
* General support of users during the transfer and commissioning of the new devices at various locations in French-speaking Switzerland and Berne
* Check OneDrive file synchronisation on the old device
* Set up the new device
* Connect to LAN / WLAN
* Find out the users' most important work applications and start them accordingly
* Support users during the Modern Authentication migration process
Your Profile:
* High willingness to travel by public transport (or own car), place of residence no further than half an hour from Lausanne
* Experience in support (technical helpdesk and/or technical second-level support)
* Experience with PC replacement
* You are familiar with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
* Professional appearance, reliable and punctual
* Technical knowledge (Windows 11, notebook hardware)
* Experience with Windows / iOS / Android
* Experience in security and compliance (not mandatory, but preferred)
* Fluent skills in French and English, German is a big plus
