What impact do you have?
* You will resolve hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.
* Take ownership of incident resolution and service requests via Jira, adhering to defined SLAs.
* Collaborate with teams to manage IT equipment deployments and maintain an up-to-date inventory.
* You will actively contribute to maintaining and updating technical documentation and procedures.
* Troubleshoot and configure basic network components and printing solutions.
* Participate in project tasks and provide support for project management activities, helping deliver impactful IT solutions.
What do you offer?
* Education: Completed apprenticeship (EFZ) IT Specialist
* Experience: 3-5 years in IT Support or Service Desks roles and end user support
* Solid knowledge of Windows 11, MacOS, and Cloud solutions (Office 365, Azure, Intune).
* Proficiency in ITSM tools like Jira.
* Basic skills in network troubleshooting and configuration.
* A clean, valid Category B driving license.
* A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
* German (B2)
