You will play a key role in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365, contributing to better connectivity with our customers and shaping our digital infrastructure.
This position is open without personnel service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Configure, customize, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet business requirements
* Implement Dynamics 365 solutions and develop workflows to optimize internal processes
* Integrate external systems using Power Platform, APIs, or Azure Logic Apps
* Support data migration from legacy CRM systems into Dynamics 365
* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
Requirements:
* Degree in computer science or business informatics (FH / Uni)
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, ideally with modules like Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing
* Solid hands-on expertise in C# and .NET development
* Familiarity with REST / SOAP APIs and their application in Dynamics 365
* Strong analytical skills to transform business requirements into technical solutions
* Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are a plus but not mandatory
* Proficiency in English; knowledge of German or French is advantageous
