Job Title: Strategic Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities
* Marketing Campaigns:
o Execute go-to-market strategies and tactical plans to maximise growth of the integrated biologics late-stage solution portfolio in line with business objectives.
o Design targeted omnichannel marketing campaigns to engage specific customer segments, raise awareness, generate demand, and nurture communities.
o Develop impactful marketing materials and narratives that articulate compelling value propositions using data‑driven insights and engaging storytelling.
o Execute content development for marketing initiatives aligned with positioning, brand, and growth objectives (e.g., website development, site open days).
o Collaborate with global marketing teams to ensure effective campaign execution and leverage expertise from other marketing functions as needed.
* Sales Enablement:
o Develop and maintain sales collaterals, including customer presentations.
o Coordinate the development of sales training tools to empower the sales organisation.
* Additional Contributions:
o Support adjacent areas such as value proposition, segmentation, or offering development depending on candidate profile.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Strong writing and content development skills with attention to detail.
* Project management experience.
* Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously and autonomously, delivering results on time while anticipating and resolving challenges.
* Proven cross‑functional collaboration skills.
* Agility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced in leveraging AI tools.
* Proficient in English with strong written communication skills.
Preferred Experience
* Master’s degree in Marketing or Life Sciences.
* 5‑10 years of professional experience in marketing within a highly regulated industry, ideally with CDMO exposure.
