PAt bJaipur Robotics /b, we’re building AI-powered solutions that transform the waste industry — turning complex data into automation, efficiency, and environmental impact. As a fast-growing, VC-backed clean-tech startup based in Switzerland, we work with leading waste operators across Europe and are now scaling our commercial team to accelerate adoption across new markets. /ph3What we offer /h3pWe’re looking for ba high-potential sales engineer /bto support regional expansion who is eager to build their career in B2B sales and take real ownership of the full sales process. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll work directly with waste operators, industrial partners, and municipal stakeholders across Europe, from first outreach to signed contract. /ppYou’ll be trusted to run your own pipeline, experiment with outreach strategies, and shape Jaipur Robotics’ growth in new regions. If you’re motivated by learning fast, winning deals, and building something meaningful in the clean-tech and AI space, this role is designed for you. /ppbThis is a hybrid role, /band when not traveling to customers, you are welcome to work remotely. We value in-person time for onboarding, team alignment, and key planning sessions, with visits to Headquarters in Lugano scheduled regularly or as needed. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliOwn the bend-to-end business development and sales cycle /b — from first contact to negotiation and closing. /liliIdentify, qualify, and engage potential customers across waste management, industrial operations, and public-sector organizations in European markets. /liliBuild and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools, maintaining accurate forecasting and activity tracking. /liliDevelop tailored outreach strategies across email, LinkedIn, calls, events, and partner channels. /liliRun product demos and discovery calls, clearly articulating the value of AI-powered automation and data solutions. /liliWork closely with product and leadership teams to relay customer feedback and shape go-to-market strategy. /liliResearch new markets, competitors, and industry trends to uncover expansion opportunities. /liliNegotiate commercial terms and support contract execution in collaboration with leadership. /liliRepresent Jaipur Robotics at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings across Europe. /liliContinuously refine sales messaging, playbooks, and processes to improve conversion rates and deal velocity. /li /ulh3What we offer /h3ulliCompetitive compensation package with base salary + variable (OTE aligned with experience and market). /liliA clear commission/bonus plan tied to measurable outcomes (qualified pipeline, closed-won revenue, strategic accounts). /liliOpportunity to join a VC-backed, fast-scaling clean-tech company, with real ownership and direct exposure to leadership. /liliOnboarding and training in Lugano: product, industry (WtE), sales playbooks, demo certification; plus continuous coaching and enablement. /liliTools to perform: CRM, sales automation stack, marketing collateral, and technical support for demos. /liliTravel expense policy fully covered for client visits and industry events. /liliFlexible work setup: remote-first across Europe with regular in-person touchpoints for onboarding, team alignment, and key meetings. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulli1–5 years of experience in B2B sales/business development (industrial tech, SaaS, automation, instrumentation, energy, waste, environmental services). Entry-level candidates (interns or recent graduates) are welcome if well-versed. /liliComfortable selling to technical and operational stakeholders (Plant Manager, Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, HSE) and navigating procurement. /liliAbility to understand and communicate technical value (data/AI, automation, integration, KPI improvement). You don’t need to be an engineer, but you must be well disposed towards technique. /liliBased in Europe, willing to travel regularly (client sites, events) and attend onboarding/periodic sessions in Lugano. /li /ulh3Nice to Have /h3ulliInterest in building long-term customer relationships, not just closing deals /liliExperience working in an early-stage startup or scale-up environment /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
