We are seeking a Category Manager - Ecosystem Products (100%) for a permanent position in our Mobile team. Are you interested in a job in the world's fastest growing technology group? Role and Responsibilities
* support the Mobile Product group to achieve KPIs for profit, revenue, market share, and brand
* advocate Samsung Mobile products, the market, its consumers, and channels with a forward-looking perspective
* drive ecosystem thinking: ensure product strategies consider cross-device and service integration (smartphones, wearables, tablets, Galaxy AI)
* work with the wider IM peer group (sales, marketing & retail) to align on go-to-market strategies, and performance
* lead product lifecycle management and create product roadmaps, embedding AI/GenAI insights where applicable
* plan and execute impactful go-to-market strategies, promotions, and channel development
* analyse product portfolio performance, identify gaps, and recommend fast corrective actions supported by AI-driven insights
* have a deep understanding of the market: analysing market trends, providing insightful, actionable, and high-quality reports
* forecast market size, share, and sales for IM products; contribute to target planning and management planning processes
* prepare high-quality reports and presentations for management, leveraging data and AI storytelling tools
Skills and Qualifications
* hold a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in product/portfolio management (IT & Mobile preferred)
* demonstrate AI Fluency and hands-on experience with Generative AI tools
* have prompt engineering skills and proficiency in AI-powered presentations and content
* understand product ecosystems and cross-device integration strategies
* are aware of AI ethics, data privacy, and responsible technology use
* speak German fluently and have a very good command of English (French/Italian is an asset)
* are commercially minded with strong analytical and storytelling skills
* have a global mindset and strong cross-functional collaboration skills
* are innovative, adaptable, and embrace new technologies
