This is a client-facing position with significant exposure to senior team members and institutional clients.Key Responsibilities:Conduct targeted research to identify high-potential prospects (institutions, corporates, hedge funds, family offices, blockchain foundations, issuers)Initiate outbound outreach via email, calls, and social channels to qualify leads within the Swiss marketOwn all phases of the sales cycle: prepare tailored presentations, proposals, and client-facing materialsSchedule and coordinate client meetings; manage follow-ups and pipeline communicationDevelop deep product knowledge across the full suite (custody, tokenization, trading, staking, derivatives)Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and support reporting/forecastingFoster ongoing client relationships; identify cross-sell andupsell opportunitiesStay informed on crypto industry trends, competitors, and regulatory developmentsCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Operations teamsIdentify inefficiencies and propose improvements to the sales processProfil recherchéYour Profile2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles within financial services, fintech, or digital assetsBachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology, or related fieldStrong understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and the digital asset ecosystemExcellent communication skills; ability to simplify complex technical conceptsExperience using CRM systems (Salesforce) to track pipeline and client interactionsHigh attention to detail; ability to manage multiple prospects and prioritize effectivelyFluent in English; French or German is a strong advantageProfessional, responsive, customer-centric mindsetImportant: This role involves significant cold outreach - theyre building from scratch.
