We are looking on behalf of one of our clients – a recognised player in the high-end retail sector in Switzerland – for a Telephone Operator / Customer Solution Employee on a 100% permanent contract, based in the Geneva region.
Telephone Operator
Main Responsibilities
As a member of the Customer Solution service, you will be a key contact point for customers and various internal departments:
Reception and handling of incoming telephone calls
Analysis and follow-up of customer requests as well as internal services
Management of incoming and outgoing emails
Reception duties and occasional welcoming
Coordination of information between different departments
Desired Profile
Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
Proven experience in a similar position (contact centre, reception, customer service)
Very good command of office tools (Excel, Word)
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage priorities
Autonomy, while appreciating teamwork
Flexibility to work some Saturdays on a rota basis
Availability for extended hours (Monday to Friday between 9am and 7pm + late shifts according to store schedule)
Essential Language Skills
French (native speaker or very good level)
Swiss German (spoken and written)
English (spoken and written)
