Job description
Main responsibilities will include:
* Sales Management: Lead sales efforts in designated regions, developing strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth across all channels
* Project Management: Lead and develop projects eg; for personalized watches from technical development to e-commerce integration, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful execution.
* Digital Marketing: apply the paid social media campaign strategy for selected region. Considering different objectives and ensure performance
* Marketplaces Management: Manage sales operations across selected marketplaces, ensuring optimal product placement and visibility.
* Training: Develop and deliver training programs for sales teams in Retail Stores and Wholesale clients, emphasizing product knowledge, sales techniques, and market insights.
