In this role you will be joining a diverse team within the diagnostic industry of passionate brand experts who work with marketeers, businesses and functions to drive a positive, consistent perception of our client. You will partner with cross-functional teams to lead the development and execution of strategies that deliver a cohesive brand experience across all customer touchpoints. You will oversee initiatives such as packaging, events and digital experiences to ensure brand guidelines are followed and continuity in brand identity is maintained across platforms. To be effective, you will also work in conjunction with the Brand Strategy and Creative Strategy teams to ensure that all brand-related activities align with our clients vision, values and positioning.
end date: one-year-contract (an extension is aimed any very likely)

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Leads the execution of engaging brand experiences across channels and touchpoints
* Leads brand guideline development for sustainable packaging expansion and Accu-Chek packaging implementation
* Partners with Global Congresses & Events to deliver one brand experience for all global events
* Builds and maintains diagnostic products’ brand presence on the clients website
* Consults with cross-functional teams to navigate the clients complex ecosystem of product brands and deliver a cohesive experience across integrated initiatives
* Coordinates across marketing, customer experience & design, global businesses and operations to align brand experiences across functions
* Leverages customer feedback and strategic insights to identify areas for brand experience improvement and recommend adaptation of brand strategies as needed
* Collaborates with Group Communications, the Brand Strategy and Creative Strategy to deliver a meaningful and positive brand experience for our customers
* Contributes to a collaborative, growth-oriented culture and encourages others to be champions for change
Your Qualifications:
* University degree in Marketing/Communications or related field (Master’s Degree preferred)
* Min. 6 years of relevant work experience in brand management, marketing and/or customer experience roles
* Strong understanding of marketing, brand principles and customer journey mapping
* Experience in medical device or diagnostics industry preferred
* Experience managing simultaneous complex projects with expansive stakeholder groups
* Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across the organization
* Experienced Conflict resolution
* Proven, creative, strategic and critical thinking skills
* Adobe creative cloud suite, Google suite experience
