As the one responsible for Grains & Food, you will be a crucial member of our marketing team, responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to support the growth of our business in the region. You will work closely with the sales department to ensure our marketing efforts align with their objectives and contribute to our overall success. In addition, you will manage one direct report, a Marketing Communications Specialist, who will assist you in achieving our marketing goals. Your actions will aim at targeting, reaching, and nurturing existing and potential B2B customers across the entire portfolio of Bühler solutions, contributing to the sales of engineered plants, stand‑alone machines, digital products, and aftersales services.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the SEA region, aligning with overall company goals and strategies and encompassing online and offline initiatives.
* Collaborate with sales teams to understand their objectives and needs, ensuring marketing strategies support the sales funnel, drive leads, and contribute to revenue growth.
* Conduct market research in collaboration with the Market Intelligence team to identify trends, competition, and customer behavior, using data to refine marketing strategies.
* Develop and manage the marketing budget for the SEA region, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
* Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation, digital marketing, events, and promotions, to target regional audiences effectively.
* Set key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives, regularly analyze and report on results, and adjust strategies to optimize marketing efforts.
* Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing strategies when necessary.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or Management.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic marketing planning and execution, with a proven track record in B2B marketing and event and digital marketing.
* Strong business development experience.
* Proficiency in English.
