With your organizational talent, you efficiently plan and dispatch our drivers, lead them with clarity and heart, and ensure that tours, vehicles, and documents run smoothly together. In this responsible role, you are part of the dispatch team in Amriswil and accompany the integration of the Schwarzenbach location. In doing so, you actively shape and contribute daily to environmental protection and resource conservation through your work.
What you do
Your primary workplace will be in Amriswil, with periodic visits to Schwarzenbach.
Operational dispatch of drivers at the Amriswil, Staad, and Schwarzenbach locations
Responsibility for integrating the Schwarzenbach dispatch into the Amriswil dispatch
Order acceptance, control, and processing as well as administrative support (recording orders, customer calls/emails/customer portal)
Leading drivers in daily business and conducting employee interviews
Preparation of VeVA and ADR documents as well as compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Management of relevant certificates/qualifications (e.g., CZV) as well as maintenance and use of TachoPlus and SuccessFactors
Maintenance of master data and ensuring relevant data flows (ARV, LSVA, internal billing)
Organization of container management and vehicle administration (e.g., MFK, repairs, LSVA)
What you bring with you
Completed technical or commercial basic training, ideally with experience in dispatch and logistics
Good PC user skills and affinity for tools like TachoPlus and SuccessFactors are an advantage
Very good German skills; French skills are an advantage
Strong geographical knowledge of Switzerland
High customer orientation as well as open and friendly interaction with customers and colleagues
Resilience as well as flexible and efficient working style; ability to keep an overview even in hectic situations
Team and interpersonal skills, organizational talent as well as discretion and loyalty
Reliability, punctuality, cost awareness, and quality orientation
Willingness to travel for regular assignments between Amriswil and Schwarzenbach
