Openness, excellence, and a multicultural environment. To support the continued growth of our premium in-flight catering services, we are currently seeking a Chef de Partie (100%). In this role, you will be an essential part of our culinary team, contributing to the preparation, presentation, and execution of high-quality meals across all service levels—including Economy, Business, First Class, as well as VIP catering for private jets, events, and exclusive clients. You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to ensure that production is carried out efficiently, hygienically, and in accordance with the highest culinary and aviation standards. The position offers an annual gross salary of CHF 65,000, including the 13th month. Conditions are negotiable depending on experience. Take an active role in the preparation and plating of dishes for Business and First Class meals. Collaborate with the Sous Chef on menu planning and contribute creative input for new recipes and presentations. Ensure the adequacy and freshness of ingredients at all cooking stations. Prepare essential ingredients regularly (e.g., vegetables, sauces, garnishes) to maintain production readiness. Follow HACCP guidelines and all internal hygiene and food safety standards without compromise. Participate in ordering, stock rotation, and maintaining accurate inventory of supplies. Assist in training junior kitchen staff and maintaining a cooperative, team-oriented kitchen environment. Work efficiently to optimize food preparation processes while maintaining premium quality. Take responsibility for cleanliness, organization, and professional conduct within your station. Ensure consistent portioning, presentation, and taste of all dishes as per company and airline specifications. What we offer : Straight / continuing shift.
