Drive Business Growth as a Sales Engineer
We are seeking a talented and passionate Sales Engineer to develop product sales within Denmark. This role involves new business development and achieving the corporate sales and marketing plan for the country.
Key Responsibilities:
* Regularly visit potential customers to identify opportunities and enhance sales in the region.
* Target key customer groups including Original Equipment Manufacturers, System Integrators, and Panel Builders to create and increase market demand for electronic/electrical automation component products.
* Implement continuous sales development strategies to optimize sales channels and profitability objectives.
* Develop and execute action plans with product managers and sales teams to achieve sales goals.
* Identify strategic market opportunities in Denmark and provide expert recommendations to enhance sales performance.
* Prepare detailed sales reports on volume, potential sales, and business forecasts.
* Maintain and expand the customer base, including developing new relationships.
* Manage CRM data for customers and projects, including price agreements and negotiations.
Requirements:
* A strong passion for the Industrial and Building Automation market.
* Ability to work independently and directly with local customers to meet sales targets.
* Effective teamwork and independent operation within the assigned territory.
* Strong understanding of customer needs across applications and commercial acumen.
* Bilingual proficiency in English and Danish.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and CRM tools.
