What does Bachelor@IBM offer you?
Within the scope of the 3-4 year Bachelor@IBM program, we offer valuable professional experience in the area of a technical or sales department, which you will gain in parallel to your studies. You can complete the bachelor study course at a university (or university of applied sciences) of your choice. The duration of studies depends on the respective university and is between three and four years. The volume of work allows you to focus sufficiently on your bachelor's degree. Nevertheless, you can expect challenging assignments in a team-oriented and dynamic environment as well as many opportunities for active co-determination. You will also write your bachelor's thesis in collaboration with your department.

Who are we looking for?
For our in-job bachelor's program, we are looking for highly-motivated students from economics, business or (IT) science based degree courses. In addition to a motivated follow up of bachelor course, an independent approach to work is also important to us. Are you action-oriented, highly motivated and you have analytical skills? You are able to define and localize industry specific content and solution plays? You are able to visualize Sales Ideas and Sales Strategies through Powerpoint or AI-based tools? Then you should definitely apply - we look forward to receiving your application.
What can you expect from this position?
In this role, you are working and supporting the strategic business of IBM Technology. You directly assist the IBM Technology Territory Lead in Geneva and wider account team in preparing for internal cadence, client and internal meetings, business governance and proactive business development propositions, with opportunities to get involved in delivering the ideas. Gain valuable business experience working for IBM with the possibility to contribute your creative and target driven ideas to help the client to digitally transform.
