What you will do
* Plan and prepare the critical aspects of large turnaround project
* Form effective teams and keep the m engaged throughout the project
* Lead both own and contracted personnel
* Ensure progress in line with your schedule, quality and cost plans
* Manage critical interfaces
* Troubleshoot core machinery and associated systems
* Deliver project and commercial report
What makes you the ideal fit
* Relevant project experience in the energy sector
* A proactive, independent working style with strong organizational skills
* Team builder with strong leadership skills
* Analytical thinking and a knack for problem-solving
* Cultural awareness and ethical sensitivity in diverse environments
* Proficient in MS Office tools, including MS Project
* Fluent in written and spoken English and German
* Willingness to work on industrial project sites around the world
