Procurement manager

For our client, an internationally active organization, we are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to support the sourcing, commercial, and supply chain activities of large-scale technical and infrastructure-related projects across multiple international markets.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a complex environment involving engineering, construction, industrial equipment, and global supply chains.

This position requires a unique combination of procurement expertise and hands‑on experience within complex infrastructure or engineering projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities across the full project lifecycle, from early development and tendering through execution and delivery
• Source and evaluate suppliers, subcontractors, equipment manufacturers, and service providers in international markets
• Collaborate closely with engineering, cost management, commercial, and finance teams to support project delivery
• Lead commercial negotiations and support the preparation of supplier and subcontractor agreements
• Develop and maintain supplier networks and market intelligence to support future project opportunities
• Support bid and proposal activity by providing procurement strategies, supplier input, and commercial assessments
• Manage procurement budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting throughout project execution

Your Profile

• Strong professional experience within infrastructure, engineering, construction or industrial project
• Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain
• Proven track record of managing procurement activities for large-scale technical or capital-intensive projects
• Strong understanding of procurement lifecycle management, supplier management, contract administration, and commercial negotiations
• Good understanding of project execution, cost control, risk management, and commercial implications throughout the project lifecycle
• Knowledge of international logistics, transportation and customs regulations
• Advanced analytical and numerical capabilities, including strong Excel skills
• Fluent English is required; additional languages are considered an advantage
