Overview
We are looking for a Railway Site & Maintenance Manager
Your Mission :
In an international context, you will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and coordinating railway maintenance projects as well as the operational management of a fleet of work trains. You will act as the main link between clients, crews, and headquarters, ensuring compliance with safety standards and the technical performance of operations.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will cover both site management and maintenance, including:
* Technical oversight of railway maintenance projects and monitoring progress
* Organization and supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance for work trains
* Budget, cost, and human resources management on-site
* Contractual follow-up with clients and management of client relationships
* Implementation and monitoring of ERP and CMMS tools for maintenance and planning
* Regulatory compliance and fleet monitoring under the 4th Railway Package and ECM levels
Key Responsibilities
* Implement and monitor service contracts with clients
* Supervise project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to costs, deadlines, and safety standards
* Serve as the daily interface with clients and manage technical specification changes
* Organize, control, and optimize maintenance, repairs, and overhauls of the fleet
* Manage and develop CMMS and ERP systems for maintenance planning and reporting
* Prepare and monitor budgets and performance indicators
Qualifications
Your Background & Experience :
* Technical or engineering degree in mechanics, electrical engineering, or equivalent
* Experience in site/project management and/or railway maintenance
* Knowledge of railway vehicles and ECM levels 3 and 4 is an asset
* Proficient in IT tools
* Languages: German + English, French a plus

You are organized, pragmatic, and solution-oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong communication with teams and clients. Business travel (approximately 25% of the time) is part of the role.
