Requirements
Must have:
To excel in this role, candidates should have: - 4+ years fullstack experience with a strong emphasis on React, Next.js, and modern TypeScript in complex B2B SaaS or technical environments. - Proficiency in backend development with Python (FastAPI preferred), plus solid understanding of API design and integrations. - Proven track record shipping scalable, user-friendly applications in fast-moving environments, balancing speed and quality. - Hands-on experience with CI/CD, testing frameworks, and version control (GitHub), ensuring code quality and maintainability. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills, comfortable collaborating across teams and directly with users/customers.
Nice to have:
- Experience with AI developer tools (Cursor, Claude, Lovable, Copilot, etc.). - Background in B2B SaaS platforms or construction / procurement tech. - Familiarity with Django, GCP cloud services, or data-heavy product architectures. - Contributions to UI/UX design or frontend performance optimization. - Previous startup / scale-up experience, thriving in high-ambiguity environments. - Fluency in German (bonus, not must).
