About the role
We are seeking a Senior IT Engineer with GxP experience to join our team for a L2/L3 support role onsite in Bulle, Switzerland.
The ideal candidate should have strong IT knowledge (must) with basic experience in AVEVA System Platform or AVEVA PI and should be highly motivated, innovative, and a self-starter, possessing excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. French and English communication skills are required.
Responsibilities
Support for Aveva System Platform and/or Aveva PI will be provided as part of a Managed Services project, focusing on the IT support aspects of both applications.
The following areas of expertise are considered strong assets for this role:
* Incident Management:
* L2/L3 support
* End to end IT incident management
* Redact Knowledgebase article for future incident resolution
* Monitoring Application health
Problem Management:
* Proactive and reactive problem management
* Create and manage problem tickets
* Coordinate end to end problem resolution (Infrastructure, Network, DB & product vendors as appropriate)
Change Management:
* Create, manage change requests
* Follow up on change activities
* Perform change activities as needed (IQ/OQ tests)
Application Operations & Lifecycle Management:
* Manage application patching (installation, coordination with product vendor)
* Create installation procedures as appropriate
* Create and manage asset information in CMDB
* Manage application accesses (create/modify/disable)
* Create/update service desk guide
* Create/update configuration guide
Requirements
* Senior IT profile with 5+ years of relevant experience
* Experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred
* Familiarity with ISA 88 and GAMP guidelines is a plus
* Strong analytical, documentation, and interpersonal skills
* French & English required
