Finance manager

For our estimated client, we are looking for a Finance Manager.

The candidate will support the lead of the finance function, overseeing all financial statements and supporting the definition of the financial strategy.
This role requires good leadership capabilities, deep expertise in financial management and accounting principles.

Responisibilities:

• Support the lead of the finance and accounting departments, including supervision for accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and treasury.
• Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies, corporate governance standards, and external regulations (GAAP, IFRS, and relevant statutory requirements).
• Monitor, analyse, and interpret financial data, providing strategic recommendations and insights to senior management and the board.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong knowledge of CH accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Complete proficiency in English
