The role
You will analyze, solve, and document technical support questions. You will be in direct contact with customers and external suppliers, ensuring an excellent customer experience. Collaboration and knowledge sharing are central to our team.
This role requires hands-on on-site support and a proactive attitude in managing tickets, communications, and customer relations.
Your mission
You are the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their IT environment runs optimally. You are a key part of our mission to make IT simple, fast, and reliable.
Key Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for users via telephone and email.
* Manage your own ticket queue and support incoming requests.
* Resolve technical issues and coordinate with your team lead when necessary.
* Ensure proper documentation of changes, processes, and support actions.
* Order IT equipment and set up workstations (network connections, monitors).
* Support smartphones and other mobile devices.
* Perform basic tasks following ITIL principles (asset management, ticket registration).
* Work full-time from our office in Rheinfelden.
* Willingness to travel to other offices or customer locations within Switzerland if needed.
About you
You are an enthusiastic IT professional with a broad technical background and a passion for customer-oriented work. You have experience at the service desk, think in solutions, and can prioritize effectively. You are technically skilled, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment where no day is the same.
* Knowledge of ticketing and RMM systems.
* Experience with Office 365, Azure, and Active Directory.
* Experience with Windows and Mac environments (desktop and server).
* Experience managing and troubleshooting networks and hardware.
* Familiar with configuration and support of mobile devices, including email settings and MFA.
* Basic knowledge of Office 365, Azure, and Active Directory administration.
* Understanding of network components like switches, firewalls, routers, and access points.
* Knowledge of peripherals (docks, keyboards, mice, monitors).
* Understanding networking principles and VPN management.
* Experience with Windows Server OS and virtualization.
* Experience testing and supporting sensor technology at customer sites.
* Completed an MBO-4 education in ICT management, with an HBO level of working and thinking.
* Fluent in German and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
* Driver's license for on-site visits.
