On a daily basis, you will:
* Provide day‑to‑day support to leaders, answering policy questions, driving talent and people development plans, and ensuring performance management guidance.
* Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and provide strategic HR guidance and insights.
* Lead change management, helping employees adapt to new ways of working and manage the organization’s change process.
* Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units.
* Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
* Analyze trends and metrics with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
* Manage and resolve global complex employee relations issues and conduct thorough investigations.
* Maintain in‑depth knowledge of global legal requirements related to day‑to‑day employee management, ensuring regulatory compliance.
* Partner with the legal department as needed, under the guidance of the CHRO.
* Provide day‑to‑day management guidance to line managers, coaching, counseling, disciplinary actions.
* Work closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
* Provide guidance and input on business unit restructure, workforce planning, and succession planning.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.
The Skills You Will Demonstrate:
* Act as a culture ambassador, embodying and promoting a positive attitude in a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
* Have experience working closely with leaders in a startup or scale‑up environment (experience in a larger organization is a bonus).
* Promote a culture of innovation, using AI tools to streamline processes and gain new insights.
* Have solid knowledge of employee relations processes and relevant employment legislation, including international experience.
* Experience managing and closing complex employee relations cases independently.
* Be highly curious and collaborative, proactively seeking a range of opinions and perspectives, and building relationships across teams and departments.
* Have personal gravitas, articulating thoughts with conviction and backing up ideas with data and evidence.
* Deal with ambiguity, tight timelines, and multiple competing priorities in a start‑up type environment.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, articulating complex concepts clearly and concisely.
* Strong project management skills, managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
* Consistently be in the office during designated working hours to facilitate collaboration and efficient communication.
* Limited travel required; attendance at business‑required events may be necessary, but travel is generally minimal and infrequent.
