Quote from Paul Rogers (System Engineer, and possibly your future colleague):
"What really sets this place apart from others that I've had is the fact that this really is a job with an academic basis — we have the ability to learn a lot not only from our jobs and colleagues, but we also have opportunities to collaborate with academic research teams. The people are incredibly positive and friendly; management provides great flexibility and autonomy in creating our own working processes and solutions."
