Let's Talk About The Role
As a Business Operations & Gross-To-Net Analyst, you will support Timberland's commercial team in managing key business processes that help the brand plan and execute its financial strategy.
How You Will Make a Difference
* Commercial Terms (T&Cs): Support setup and maintenance of commercial terms, ensuring correct implementation and alignment with business objectives.
* Discounts: Monitor discount structures and seasonal applications, providing visibility and support to ensure consistency across channels.
* Returns: Contribute to governance of return budgets and ensure adherence to brand policies.
* Master Data: Maintain and validate master data across systems (SAP, Salesforce), supporting operational accuracy and process efficiency.
* Mercury: Collaborate on cross-functional projects such as Mercury, helping the team adopt new ways of working.
* Data Enablement & Governance: Help ensure brand data needs are reflected in tools and processes, enabling relevant insights and informed decisions. Contribute to maintaining data consistency and support evolution of dashboards and reporting dimensions.

Qualifications
* University degree or equivalent, preferably in Business or Economics
* Past experience in financial planning / sales analysis / sales ops
* Good communication skills in English
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and effective presentation skills in PowerPoint
* High energy and goal oriented
* Great at getting things done and able to create, maintain and develop relationships with various departments
* Curious, global understanding, strong desire to learn and evolve
