The successful candidate will coordinate the development, implementation, and rollout of marketing projects with internal teams, subsidiaries, and external partners. They will also collaborate with product managers, sales teams, and dental professionals to create powerful clinical and marketing messages. The role requires strong communication skills, ability to adapt messaging to target cultures, and experience in creating engaging brand narratives.
The responsibilities include:
* Manage marketing and communication projects: Coordinate the design, execution, and dissemination of projects.
* Create clinical and marketing content: Write compelling messages highlighting unique strengths and clinical benefits.
* Act as a liaison with markets: Serve as the primary contact for sharing information, resources, and brand guidelines.
* Collaborate closely with subsidiaries: Gather feedback from dentists and subsidiaries to inform communication projects.
* Produce and adapt communication materials: Produce and adapt various materials (flyers, PowerPoint presentations, videos) and ensure their consistency across all channels.
* Deploy marketing actions: Design and implement digital and physical campaigns to raise awareness and generate leads among practitioners.
* Assist in social media management: Create posts aligned with the brand's visual identity and engage with audiences.
* Manage digital advertising campaigns: Oversee the creation, targeting, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns.
* Contribute to event coordination and management: Assist in overseeing exhibition projects while ensuring effective communication.
* Track and analyze performance: Measure results through KPIs, prepare engagement reports, and propose adjustments to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Your profile:
* Bachelor or master degree in communication, marketing, international business, or related fields.
* First experience in international companies.
* Fluent in English, good command in French.
* Ability to adapt messaging to target cultures.
* Creating and delivering consistent and engaging brand narratives.
* Managing presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram.
* Being at ease in campaign design and problem-solving.
* Time management and prioritization.
