For our international pharma client we are looking for an ICE Content Enablement (CE) Product and Activation Lead.
Duration: 6 months (possibility of extension)
Location: Basel
The ICE Content Enablement (CE) Product and Activation Lead is a key member of the Marketing Technology team within the Commercial and Launch Strategy, International organization. This role supports the activation of the International Content Enablement product portfolio, with a focus on defining and executing the end-to-end activation strategy for the ICE Epic 2 permanent solution. The Lead will collaborate closely with the Product Hub, Global CE/FUSE teams, and market stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption of CE solutions across international markets.
* Refine and articulate the ICE permanent solution product’s “What” and “Why” based on deep customer insights.
* Collaborate with the International Product Hub team to align content strategy with appropriate tech solutions and activation approaches.
* Advocate for international requirements in the Global CE team backlog; ensure timely delivery of prioritized user stories.
* Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on product gaps and enhancements, including taxonomy and tagging needs.
* Monitor interdependencies with parallel Modular Content projects.
* Define and implement a scalable activation strategy, including training, adoption, maturity measurement, and user satisfaction tracking.
* Develop and execute a robust communication and training plan in partnership with key stakeholders.
* Lead documentation of current and future state processes (tech, people, processes); ensure effective change management.
* Own execution of the activation roadmap, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
* Apply strong PMO skills to maintain accountability across stakeholders.
* May oversee multiple market activations depending on roadmap priorities.
* 10+ years in strategic program/product management, MarTech delivery, product leadership, and activation programs.
* Expertise in Content Enablement tools (e.g., DAM, CAT, Design Systems); familiarity with Aprimo and Veeva is a strong plus.
* Basic understanding of digital channels (web, SFMC, CRM Veeva).
* Proven ability to manage senior-level relationships and influence across global organizations.
* Experience in stakeholder and customer management in complex environments.
* Demonstrated success in managing multiple programs under tight deadlines.
* Strong product management acumen, including risk and issue resolution.
* Self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Skilled in presentation development and delivery.
