We're hiring a Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 ERP Administrator to own and drive the performance, compliance, and evolution of our ERP ecosystem.
In this role, you will serve as the primary system administrator and functional lead for
Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3
, supporting a highly regulated, fast-paced industrial environment. You'll work across business units and collaborate with vendors to maintain, enhance, and ensure compliance of business-critical systems.
What You'll Do:
* Administer and support Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3: configuration, user access, security, integrations, and updates.
* Lead technical operations and change control in compliance with
GxP and data integrity standards
.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve issues, plan upgrades, and implement enhancements.
* Oversee functional documentation and validation for ERP and related systems (BI, Document Management System, CRM).
* Participate in audits and ensure systems are always audit-ready.
What You Bring:
* Minimum 3 years' experience with
Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3
or equivalent ERP.
* Strong knowledge of
GxP
, validation, and IT compliance in regulated industries (pharma preferred).
* Educational background in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
* English fluency and ability to communicate across technical and business teams.
* Ability to work autonomously and lead cross-functional system support initiatives.
Bonus Points For:
* Experience with QlikSense, HubSpot, or DocuWare
* Familiarity with ISO/CSV validation standards
* Background in mid-to-large industrial manufacturing environments
