You will engage with and reaches out to customers with coaching and guidance from others and develop an understanding of current customer context and anticipate next steps as well as drive technical wins with support from peers. You will engage other resources, leveraging basic resource knowledge for key areas of technology as needed to overcome technical blockers on assigned technology set. You will engage in partner sell-with scenarios, build your awarenss of parter technical capacity through observation and review customer interactions to raise competitive information and contribute to the product strategy by soliciting and communication customer feedback. You will embody our culture and values 1+ year(s) technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR equivalent experience Fluency in German and English Legally authorized to work in Switzerland: (Legally authorized = Has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit) Available and ready to start a full-time role starting January 2026
