HR Business Partner with a focus on personnel development

We are looking for staff to join our headquarters in Kreuzlingen and play an active role in shaping the future of the HOLY FASHION GROUP.
As an HR Business Partner, you will provide comprehensive support to the departments under your responsibility and be actively involved in cross-functional HR projects. In addition, you will oversee the area of personnel development for the HOLY FASHION GROUP.
Responsibilities
* Advising and supporting managers on all HR-related matters
* Implementing the HR strategy within your assigned business unit
* Acting as a sparring partner for management and leaders on leadership and team-related issues
* Personnel planning in collaboration with the specialist departments
* Conducting recruitment processes, selection decisions and onboarding
* Supporting performance reviews and addressing employment law issues
* Identifying development needs and devising appropriate measures
* Analysing HR metrics and deriving recommendations for action
* Ensuring compliance with employment law requirements, internal guidelines and processes
* Supporting remuneration, promotion and succession processes
* Contributing to HR projects and the continuous optimisation of HR processes
Requirements
* An excellent degree in economics or law
* Several years’ experience in modern HR management
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Very good English language skills and IT skills
* Ideally industry knowledge
