We’re seeking a highly organized and reliable Personal Assistant to support a Partner in both business and personal matters. This is a full-time position based in Geneva.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the Partner’s calendar, ensuring meetings are well-organized and clear, following established guidelines.
* Coordinate meetings, calls, follow-ups, and complex travel arrangements for both business and personal trips.
* Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents.
* Oversee projects from planning through to completion.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams and external contacts.
* Organize personal calendar, bookings, and travel arrangements.
* Coordinate with service providers and manage household needs.
* Handle private paperwork and assist in planning personal events.
Profile
* 2-3 years of experience in a similar assistant role.
* An hospitality background is a plus.
* Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and AI tools to streamline work processes.
* Comfortable learning new technologies, especially AI tools and innovative work methods.
* Discreet, dependable, and professional, with a strong sense of service.
* Positive, proactive, and detail-oriented.
* Ability to plan ahead and think proactively.
