How you can make an impact
1. As an IT Continuity, Backup & Recovery Advisor, you will be part of Deloitte's subject matter experts helping clients to prepare for, detect, and respond to cyber threats and attacks.
2. Leverage your expertise to help assess and improve our client's maturity in the areas of IT continuity, backup, and recovery.
3. Apply in-depth understanding of cyber threats and attack vectors to assist our clients in designing and implementing robust IT continuity, backup and recovery strategies tailored to their specific business environments.
4. Conduct in-depth research on IT continuity, backup and recovery solutions, selecting optimal technologies that align with mission, architecture, and ongoing threat landscape of the client.
5. Design, implement, configure and/or tune IT continuity, backup and recovery processes and technology.
6. Actively engage in business development initiatives, refining and expanding our IT continuity, backup and recovery offerings, and cultivating new client partnerships.
7. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development by pursuing relevant certifications, and actively contributing to the cybersecurity community through knowledge sharing.
Who we are looking for
8. You have a passion for IT and cyber security and the desire to be a vital part in helping clients to prepare for and navigate through large-scale IT outages.
9. Strong IT project management skills and experienced in managing larger IT change programs and multiple IT change projects in parallel.
10. Subject matter expertise with IT continuity, backup and recovery processes/technologies/infrastructures.
11. Curiosity to learn, grow, and contribute to wider risk management and cyber related topics.
12. Interest to stay current with the evolving threat landscape, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
13. Hands-on experience working in IT Operations is a plus.
14. Existing credentials or certifications in the areas of Cyber Defense, Incident and Crisis Management, or Risk Management are an advantage (e.g. CISSP, GCIH, CSOC, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, etc.).
15. Fluency in German and English is required, fluency in French is a strong plus.
