Job Title: Corporate Meeting & Events Intern

Your role in bringing stories to life
Our Events squads are working on engaging audiences through live, hybrid, and virtual events. You will be a member of one of our Event squads and this internship will provide valuable experience in all areas of the department’s work.
Responsibilities
* Desk research to support overall event design (e.g., branding, venue/platform, programme, registration, sponsorships).
* Assist with the creation of proposals for specific clients.
* Maintain contact with suppliers and partners.
* Have an active role in internal project meetings.
* Support the set‑up, rehearsals, and live elements of (live, hybrid, digital) events.
* Independently prepare briefings & presentations.
* Provide onsite assistance during an event.
* Correctly handle administration.
Skills & traits
Skills:
* Fluency in English (speaking and writing).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Confident and professional telephone manner.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Traits:
* Proactive in assisting the team and showing initiative.
* Flexible, especially in busy periods.
* Adapt comfortably to a fast‑paced environment and adjust to changing priorities and deadlines.
* Eye for detail in all assignments and tasks.
* Ability to remain calm under stress.
