In this role, you will manage supplier relationships, negotiate commercial agreements, and ensure the reliable availability of critical materials required for continuous manufacturing processes. The position plays a key role in maintaining supply continuity, optimizing procurement costs, and supporting operational efficiency across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end procurement process for materials directly used in production. Identify, evaluate, and develop supplier relationships to ensure reliable and cost-effective supply. Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with suppliers. Monitor supplier performance with regard to quality, delivery reliability, and cost efficiency. Collaborate closely with internal departments such as operations, quality, planning, and logistics to align purchasing activities with production requirements. Analyze market trends and supplier developments to identify opportunities for cost optimization and supply security. Support the development and implementation of sourcing strategies for key material categories. Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Contribute to risk management initiatives related to supplier availability and supply chain continuity. Profil recherché Professional experience in procurement, sourcing, or purchasing within a production-driven environment. Strong understanding of direct materials procurement and supplier management. Proven negotiation skills and experience managing supplier contracts. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and cost structures. Experience working with ERP systems and procurement tools. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
