Your Responsibilities
* Ensure reliable Service Request and Incident Management
* Monitor system health and manage events proactively
* Drive Change Enablement and Continual Improvement initiatives
* Contribute to Knowledge Management and process optimization
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
Your Profile – Must Have
* Deep expertise in
DNS, DHCP, and IPAM
(DDI) technologies
* Proven experience managing and implementing DDI solutions
* Strong
problem-solving
and
automation
skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
* Quick thinker with effective
troubleshooting
capabilities
Nice to Have
* Certifications such as
Cisco CCNA
or DDI-specific credentials
* Hands-on experience with
Infoblox
,
BlueCat
, or similar platforms
* Knowledge of
project management
and
network monitoring tools
Your Background
* Degree or
EFZ in Computer Science
, or
* A strong IT background with relevant
professional training and experience
