A leading bank in Ticino is seeking a Linux System Administrator with strong Ansible skills to strengthen the IT Infrastructure & Operations team.
Your main responsibilities:
Management, hardening and maintenance of Linux infrastructures (preferably RHEL / CentOS / Rocky)
Design, development and maintenance of Ansible playbooks for automated configuration, deployment and patching
Automation of operational processes and disaster recovery procedures
Close collaboration with development, security and operations teams to ensure high availability and regulatory compliance (FINMA, PCI-DSS, etc.)
Monitoring, troubleshooting and capacity planning of critical systems
Participation in migration projects, cloud integration and infrastructure modernization initiativesEssential requirements:
Proven experience as a System Administrator on enterprise Linux environments (at least 4–5 years)
Strong hands-on expertise with Ansible (complex playbooks, roles, AWX/Tower is a plus)
Good knowledge of scripting (Bash, preferably Python)
Experience in banking / financial or regulated environments is a strong advantage
Excellent Italian and good English; German is a plus
