Ph3About the Role /h3pRestaurant Brands International (RBI) is hiring a Senior Manager to join our EMEA Finance Corporate Development team, based in Zug. This role sits at the center of how we grow our four brands — Burger King Popeyes — across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, working directly on the most strategically important transactions in the region. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead end-to-end financial workstreams on EMEA's largest and most complex transactions, including master franchise development agreements (MFDAs), restructurings, MA, and capital markets‑adjacent work supporting franchisee partners. /liliBuild bespoke financial models from first principles—bottom‑up unit economics, full operating model build‑outs, returns waterfalls, covenant and capital structure analysis, scenario and sensitivity work—to support diligence, structuring and live negotiation. /liliNegotiate directly with counterparties on commercial terms, development schedules, financial structures and ancillary arrangements; coordinate across legal, franchising, operations and brand teams to align on positioning. /liliDevelop investment memos, board materials and executive presentations for internal approval (up to CEO and Board of Directors) and external partner‑facing materials. /liliMentor and develop analysts and associates on the team—model architecture, deal process and stakeholder management. /liliPartner with brand business unit leaders, regional CFOs and global Corporate Development on strategy, capital allocation and the EMEA growth roadmap. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulli5‑8 years of relevant experience, with a strong preference for candidates combining investment banking, private equity or transaction‑focused MA advisory with some operating or corporate development exposure. /liliBachelor’s degree required; MBA or CFA welcome but not required. /liliExceptional financial modeling skills: ability to build a flexible, audit‑ready model from scratch on a complex transaction without relying on templates. /liliProven ability to lead workstreams independently on live deals, manage external counterparties and drive a process to close. /liliStrong commercial instincts and judgment—knows when to dig deeper, when to elevate and when to move. /liliExcellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior executives and external counterparties. /liliFluent in English. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3pBenefits focused on physical, mental and financial wellness.
