About the role: We are seeking a senior, field‑based sales leader to grow our US business for Laser MicroJet systems and related services. This role combines strategic business development with end‑to‑end management of complex capital equipment sales—and offers a clear path to broader leadership responsibility as part of a future succession plan.
Your main responsibilities:
* Own and execute the US sales and business development plan (targets, forecasts, key accounts).
* Build and convert a strong pipeline; manage the full sales cycle from qualification to close.
* Lead key‑account relationships with engineering, operations, procurement, and management.
* Coordinate demos, sample processing, and feasibility work with our US Service Center/Job Shop in Totowa, NJ.
* Maintain CRM accuracy and provide structured reporting to management.
Your profile:
* Engineering degree (or equivalent technical background).
* 7–10+ years selling technical capital equipment (e.g., lasers, machine tools, semiconductor/automation).
* Proven track record in senior/key‑account sales and complex deal execution.
* Strong technical credibility, negotiation skills, and executive presence.
* Willingness to travel frequently across the US (~60%); ideally based near Totowa, NJ or open to relocation.
