You’re passionate about the intersection of data, digital experiences, and performance. As a Senior Web Analyst at On, you’ll be the go-to expert for uncovering behavioral insights and driving data-informed decisions across our ecommerce journey.
With a strong foundation in experimentation and web analytics, you’ll guide our digital teams to deliver better, faster, and smarter experiences, while helping scale our global DTC business.
Your mission
* Serve as the go-to expert for web analytics requests, providing actionable insights that enhance customer experience and drive growth.
* Partner with merchandising, acquisition, and product teams to identify opportunities and optimize conversion paths.
* Design, execute, and evaluate A/B/n tests and personalization strategies in collaboration with UX, product, data, and engineering teams.
* Lead the evolution of experimentation frameworks, helping to build a data-first culture of iterative learning.
* Translate business requirements into clear, scalable tracking concepts.
* Collaborate with developers to ensure tracking is integrated seamlessly and accurately into new features and experiences.
* Manage event tracking using tools like Google Tag Manager (web) and Adjust (app), ensuring data quality and consistency across platforms.
* Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories that influence stakeholders and guide strategy.
* Own the implementation and optimization of web analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude Analytics, Amplitude Experimentation, GA4, Adjust or similar), ensuring high data integrity.
Your story
* 5+ years of experience in web analytics with a focus on multi-platform (web + app) ecommerce, ideally in a global or DTC environment.
* Strong knowledge of analytics tools (preferably Amplitude Analytics) and testing platforms (preferably Amplitude Experimentation).
* Deep understanding of tracking frameworks and hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (or similar) and Adjust (or similar mobile measurement platforms).
* Proven track record of designing and analyzing experiments that drove meaningful business results.
* Strong communicator, able to explain analytical concepts to non-technical audiences and align diverse stakeholders.
* Basic technical knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and browser behavior to QA and troubleshoot tracking issues.
* A proactive, curious mindset, you enjoy asking “why” and digging deep to uncover insights.
* Collaborative and energized by working in a fast-paced, mission-driven team.
* (Nice to have): Experience with a Customer Data Platform (CDP) such as Segment for data routing and audience management.
