We are a community of explorers and are constantly looking for new ideas, places and people to connect with.**Let's Talk about the Role**As a **Digital Designer**, you will play a key role in shaping the visual and UX expression of The North Face’s digital presence across EMEA.This role is responsible for creating high‐quality digital assets, supporting UX‐driven page experiences, and ensuring consistent, premium brand executions across our eCommerce platforms. You will collaborate closely with content, creative, brand and development teams to deliver visually compelling, on‐brand digital experiences that inspire exploration and drive performance.The ideal candidate is a hybrid thinker—both creative and detail‐oriented—who brings strong digital design skills, a solid understanding of UX/UI principles, and a passion for translating brand storytelling into elevated digital executions.**What You Will Do:****Digital Design*** Create digital assets for The North Face EMEA websites, including homepage modules, landing pages, campaign banners, and graphic elements for paid media, digital loyalty activations and newsletters.* Apply UX/UI principles to ensure designs are user‐centric, responsive, aligned with WCAG conformance levels and best‐in‐class digital experiences.* Maintain digital consistency by upholding visual guidelines, typography, and design systems across all touchpoints.**Content Production & CMS Management*** Work hands‐on in our Content Management System (CoreMedia) to support content creation across site experiences.* Ensure all designed assets are optimized for desktop and mobile, following platform and performance requirements.* Support content implementation and troubleshoot design‐related issues during publishing cycles.**Cross‐Functional Collaboration*** Partner with eCommerce, Brand, Creative, and Development teams to align on design briefs, requirements, and campaign needs.* Work with content & production teams to test, refine, and quality‐check assets before going live.* Collaborate with developers to resolve design discrepancies and submit **JIRA tickets** for bugs, refinements, or layout fixes.**Skills For Success:****Education**Bachelor’s or master's degree in Digital Design, Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field.**Experience*** A few years of experience in digital design, graphic design, or UX/UI design—ideally within eCommerce, retail, or lifestyle brands.* Proven portfolio demonstrating strong visual design, layout, and digital experience creation.**Core Skills & Competencies*** Proficiency in design tools such as **Figma, Illustrator,** and **Adobe Creative Cloud**.* Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, digital typography, responsive design, and visual hierarchy.* Organized, detail‐oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‐paced environment.* Strong communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across technical and creative teams.**Bonus Points*** Familiarity with **CMS platforms** and **ticketing systems** within production workflows (e.g. JIRA).* Experience in outdoor, sports, fashion, or lifestyle brands.* Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus (not required).* Passion for The North Face brand, creativity, and the outdoor world.* Be part of iconic lifestyle brands* Join a multi brand and multi countries organization to drive you career forward* International and challenging working culture* On site gym offering health and well-being initiatives* Discount 50% on all VF brands* Subsidized canteen as well as break out areas offering complimentary hot drinks**Free to Be, Inclusion & Diversity**As an equal opportunity employer, we strive to foster a culture of belonging based on respect, connection, openness and authenticity.
