Clinical Support Specialist Spine – Region Bern
As an expert, you will advise your contacts such as orthopaedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, OR management, and OR staff in hospitals and clinics during spinal procedures. In close collaboration with the Sales Consultant, you will play a central role in coordinating, organizing, and correctly applying high-quality and innovative products. You will identify business opportunities early on and pass the relevant information on to the Sales Consultant.
Your Responsibilities
Advising your customers before, during, and after procedures in the clinical area of spinal orthopaedics and neurosurgery
Logistical coordination of procedures
Organization and execution of training events (workshops, customer training) for medical and healthcare professionals
Building long-term customer relationships with physicians, OR staff, and other decision-makers
Optimizing inventory management and increasing logistical efficiency
Your Profile
High motivation and passion for medical technologies and innovations
Solid knowledge in surgery, particularly in the field of spine
Strong service orientation and professional demeanor
Excellent organizational and communication skills
High flexibility and willingness to travel
Determination, readiness for change, and willingness to perform
Independent, integral, dynamic, resilient, and entrepreneurial-minded personality
Experience in the operating room
Fluent in German and good English skills
Solid MS Office knowledge
Driving license B
