The Medical and Social Centers have the mission to help people of all ages who are dependent or in need of health care to stay in their living environment for as long as possible and to support their caregivers. The ASPMAD, with its 9 CMS, takes care annually of clients at home and serves 105 municipalities in the north. Our CMS Yverdon-west is looking for a versatile caregiver for evenings and certain weekends. As a versatile caregiver, your role requires skills related to:- Basic care and housekeeping: Ability to provide care and housekeeping assistance in clients' homes.- Client follow-up: Aptitude for creating and maintaining respectful relationships with clients while following care objectives and communicating relevant information.- Teamwork: Contribution to the smooth functioning of the team and its members.- Management: Responsibility for tasks related to the profile.You hold a recognized Red Cross health caregiver certification or an equivalent qualification. A first experience in an institution is a real asset. Self-sufficient, versatile, and with a great capacity for listening, you have a keen interest in home care and support. You have the ability to easily adapt to various situations, and listening and flexibility are part of your qualities. You possess a driver's license and, ideally, a vehicle.
