Responsibilities
Own the Sales Game: Crush sales goals by delivering next-level customer experiences, upselling must-have accessories, and promoting promos to drive revenue.
Piercing Excellence: Join the ranks of our piercing experts through comprehensive training. Conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions and concerns throughout the process.
Keep It Fresh: Maintain an Insta-worthy store with perfect displays, organized inventory, and easy-to-shop layouts that make browsing fun and effortless.
Team Collaboration: Support your Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and creating a positive, high-energy vibe for customers and coworkers.
Brand Representation: Showcase Claire's products and services. Stay plugged into the latest fashion and social media trends to help customers find their perfect style. Use knowledge to suggest products and boost sales.
Store Operations: Assist in delivering store operations including processing deliveries, executing visual merchandising displays, and supporting promotional activities.
Create Shareable Moments: Encourage customers to share their Claire’s purchases on social media.

Job Requirements
You can conduct piercings with patience and empathy, especially with young or anxious customers.
Operate a Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently.
Stand during shifts and lift/maneuver 11-35 kg (25-75 lbs).
Can bend, stoop, twist, reach, and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise and assisting customers.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong math and reading comprehension.
Passion for fashion and interest in latest trends.
Ability to create a curated fashion look with product during shifts.

Compensation Range: $14.00 - $15.00
